Cash,Credit/Debit or Apple Pay HSA/FSA are accepted forms of payment
No Split payments
Deposits are required for all appointments as follows:
You will receive an invoice by email
Less than $100 is $25.00 More than $100 is $50.00.
Deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable
When you’re purchasing hair for salon installation: you will receive an invoice for full payment of the hair. This payment sets your hair aside and is considered deposit for the installation service.
Hair replacement units and Cranial Prosthesis require 50% deposit to order and begin customization of your unit.
24 hour notice is required for cancellations.
You will receive an invoice for no call no show. 50% of your service
All sales are final no refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products
Please arrive at your appointment alone, no guest to ensure the privacy of other clients.
Takedowns(extension/braid removal) are a separate service you must specify when making your appointment.
If your hair is taken down please detangle your hair before arrival
Your hair will be prepped before installation (washed and conditioned) No exceptions
If you require prescribed topical medications bring them to your appointment
Medical Insurance Payments
Prescriptions written by an MD are required & must request Cranial Prosthesis
Read the fine print in your health insurance policy to make sure your plan covers the cost of cranial prosthesis. Call your insurance company before consultation to receive information about their approval and payment process.
HSA/FSA cards are accepted for payment
It is recommended to purchase two cranial prosthesis at a time , this will shorten future salon visits
